Overview

The world's largest statue of a rider on a horse erected of Mongolia. This statue, showing Chinggis Khaan (1162-1227) with a golden whip in his right-hand gazing into the distance, has been erected at the Tsonjin Boldog site connected to many historic events in the territory of Erdene soum in Tov aimag, 54 km from Ulaanbaatar.

Itinerary

Day 1

Meet at the hotel lobby. (10:00 AM) Tour the Genghis Khan Statue, the world's largest equestrian statue - a 40-metre-tall stainless steel statue that symbolically points east to his birthplace on the banks of the Tuul River in Tsonjin Boldog. You can optional camel/horse ride and eagle photo. Via visit local monastery at Nalaikh district. Drive back to Ulaanbatar. End of trip.
